Have you gone shopping for a skin care wrinkle cram lately? did you notice how many options are in any skin care store? most people are confused about what choose and what is really effective and they end up buying the most popular cream or the one the employee recommended.

However you have to do your own research and decide what is best for your skin and body health, not all skin care products are created equal, some are safe and others are not. To choose the best skin care wrinkle cream you need to first know what are the most important ingredients that an anti wrinkle cream should have and what effect they have in your body.

But you don’t need a Phd in skin care to know this facts, there are some simple guidelines that you can follow to choose what is best for you:

My first recommendation is that if you have the time and money consult with a dermatologist so he can make and evaluation of the current state of your skin and what solution you might need.

Another very important thing you should do is avoid any skin care product that contain fragrances. Any fragrance contains toxins and that hurts your skin tissue more that helping.

Avoid any skin care wrinkle cream that contains collagen, because they are lying you, collagen can not be applied topically because the cells of collagen are too big to penetrate the skin. The only solution is to use ingredients that stimulate the growth of collagen in your own body.

Be careful when your read that a product is “natural” or “organic”, read the label first to make sure it has the proper natural ingredients. There are many products that use the term “natural” and “organic” in their labels but they are just implying that their products contains a little bit of some natural substance, but they might contain a lot of chemicals that can hurt your skin.

So the best skin care wrinkle cream should do the following:

It should stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin in your body, it should gradually improve the quantity of hyaluronic acid in your body and it should contain potent anti oxidants to protect your skin from free radicals that cause most of the damage.

If a cream have the ingredients necessary to do those things then is effective and probably safe to use. Ask your dermatologist about the different ingredients and the product you plan to use.

Your baby’s skin is very delicate and requires a lot of TLC just like your baby!  Your baby’s skin is sensitive and therefore, requires special attention.  Many babies get diaper rash.  To prevent or soothe diaper rash, use a diaper rash cream that is light and repels “water.”  It will relieve your precious one from sore, dry, and chapped skin.  Owww!  Thank goodness for the antioxidants, herbs, and botanicals that help prevent your baby’s bottom from being red and irritated.

The sun is all mighty and powerful.  Patricia Treadwell, pediatric dermatologist says, “…I recommend choosing a “physical” or “chemical-free” sunscreen made with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide – look for one of those ingredients on the label. Unlike chemical sunscreens, which may cause irritation or allergic reactions because the skin absorbs the active ingredients, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sit on top of the skin, forming a barrier against the sun’s rays.”  Don’t forget to cover your little one’s head with a hat as well.

Not all skin care products are created equally.  Some ingredients can be harmful to your baby’s skin.  Before you purchase skin care for your baby, read the labels.  The ingredients may cause your baby to get a rash or worse.  Use natural and pure ingredients when possible.  Spending a little more on skin care for your baby now will save you time and money in the long run.  And, your baby will thank you for it!

When you give your little one a bath, make sure to use a gentle shampoo.  There’s nothing worse than stinging shampoo in the eyes.  Ouch!  Use gentle Baby Hair and Body Wash that is mild and a tear-free cleanser.  Make sure it moisturizes and conditions your baby’s hair and skin.   Remember, not all shampoos and body washes are not created equally.  They may claim to be formulated for sensitive skin, but they may irritate your baby’s skin.

Your baby is a precious gift.  Protect his or her skin with the best skin care on the market.  Not all skin care products are alike.  Make sure to read the labels and understand what you’re putting on your baby.  The more you know and understand the better you’ll be able to protect your baby’s skin.
